Our Returns Policy

The Distance Selling Regulations were passed to protect consumers when they shop online or enter into other contracts at a distance from the supplier.

Damaged/ Faulty Goods If the goods are damaged during transit you must contact us within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. Please contact us by email sales@piqueperfumes.co.uk or by calling 01209 719532. Replacement goods will be sent on receipt of returns. If a refund is required we will refund as soon as possible, but, in any case, within 30 days of cancellation.

No Longer Required If the goods are no longer required please contact us at sales@piqueperfumes.co.uk or by calling 01209 719532 within 7 days after receipt of the goods. The customer is under a duty to restore those goods to the supplier and, in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them. The goods must therefore be returned unopened, unused and in the manufactures original packaging. On receipt of returned goods we will arrange a refund via the method you chose for payment i.e. PayPal, Google Checkout or cheque for the full product price.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase items of the same value or against a higher value. We regret no change can be given against the unused value of any Gift Voucher.

If an item purchased via a Gift Voucher is found to be faulty a Gift Voucher of the same value will be given in its place. Similarly if a customer changes their mind on a purchased item using a Gift Voucher.


Please send all returns by the postal method they were sent to you i.e. international signed for or recorded delivery. Returns not received will not be refunded or exchanged.
